Neighbourly Hub provides:

  • Assistance with platform usage and issues

Response times are not guaranteed, but will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.

4. System Availability

Neighbourly Hub is designed to be reliable; however:

  • Continuous uptime is not guaranteed
  • Temporary interruptions may occur
  • Maintenance may be performed without prior notice

5. Data Management

Neighbourly Hub:

  • Stores and processes data entered by the Complex
  • Does not verify or validate such data

The Complex is responsible for:

  • Accuracy of records
  • Regular review of user access
  • Removing users who no longer require access

6. Backups

Neighbourly Hub performs reasonable data backup procedures. However:

  • Backup frequency and recovery times are not guaranteed
  • Users should maintain independent records where necessary

7. User Responsibilities

The Complex must:

  • Assign roles appropriately
  • Maintain proper access controls

Failure to do so may result in data inaccuracies or unauthorised access.

Neighbourly Hub implements:

The Platform is a tool, not a substitute for administrative oversight.

12. Suspension
